Warp Disk 1.0.572.0

Warp Disk makes a slow PC run and boot fast by using a technique never used before in similar software. Instead of just installing a Windows application, Warp Disk extends the NTFS file system with fragmentation prevention and boot optimization capabilities. Not only is the file system continuously kept defragmented behind the scenes, Warp Disk also does extensive read-ahead caching during boot, dramatically decreasing the boot time of Windows. The integration with the file system provides Warp Disk with many advantages over conventional disk defragmentation software. That also goes for stealth. Warp Disk does not interfere with other software using the disk. There is no performance degradation or conflicts with other software deleting or locking files being defragmented. You cannot tell that it is there. Warp Disk takes two approaches to make your computer start faster. Through its integration with the file system it detects which files are read during boot and in what order. This information allows Warp Disk to do read-ahead caching during boot, and to pack those files close together for faster access.

This software is a shareware. You will be able to download and test Warp Disk during a certain period of time, then, if it does what you need, you will have to acquire the full version. For additional information and support request, please contact directly Warp Disk publisher.
